Welcome to Dynasix Fitness Studio. By accessing or using our services, facilities, website, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Services

  • All members must complete the required registration process and agree to abide by studio policies.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Dynasix reserves the right to change membership pricing or class schedules with prior notice.
  • Some services (e.g., massage therapy, ice bath, and Pilates reformer sessions) may require separate booking or incur additional charges.

2. Studio Rules

  • Please arrive on time for all classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
  • Respect other members and staff. Inappropriate behavior may result in membership suspension or termination.
  • Proper athletic attire and footwear must be worn during workouts.
  • Children are only permitted in designated programs such as “Mommy and Me.” They must be supervised at all times.

3. Health & Safety

  • Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in physical activities.
  • You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity. Dynasix is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises.
  • Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to class participation.

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • Some classes and sessions have limited capacity. Advance booking is recommended.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee or session deduction.
  • No-shows may result in the loss of a session or additional charges.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Membership fees will be charged monthly or according to the plan selected.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is settled.

6. Refunds & Freezes

  • Refunds are not provided for unused classes, early terminations, or non-attendance.
  • Membership freeze requests (e.g., due to medical leave) may be granted on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Dynasix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Lockers are available for day use only and must be emptied after each visit.

8. Photography & Promotion

  • We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform staff in writing.
  • Use of mobile phones or personal filming in studio areas is not permitted without consent.

9. Modifications

  • Dynasix reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
